Products must be unused and in their original condition - i.e. in the original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. We will refund the full purchase price of your product(s) to the account you originally used to make the purchase. Once your return package is received at our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected by the warehouse worker before we approve or reject the respective return.

Please understand that although we are working as quickly as possible, this process may take 1-3 working days.
