Return and warranty policy

Please note that we do not offer a direct exchange service.

There is no right of return; all sales are final and non-refundable.

In the event of unjustified returns, such as refusals to accept, incorrect orders or other returns, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of CHF 39. These costs cover the additional expenses for the processing, handling and storage of the returned goods.
