Reklamation wird nicht beantwortet

Sehr enttäuscht über die Qualität der Rundbürste. Klinkt immer aus und fällt weg. Nicht zu gebrauchen. Habe schon drei Reklamationsmails gesendet aber es meldet sich niemand zurück! Sehr ärgerlich. Dyson eindeutig besser!
